We operate in multiple markets and ship products globally from various fulfillment centers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to support our daily operations. 

Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You will be responsible for updating inventory reports, assisting with warehouse operations, and supporting customer service when needed. If you are an organized problem-solver with strong Excel skills and a passion for efficiency, we’d love to hear from you! The start date is flexible, but an earliest possible start is preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to create and manage inventory reports, analyze data, and handle spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized to ensure accuracy in inventory management, invoicing, and order processing.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve order errors or supply chain issues as they arise.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency and workload.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce operations is a plus but not required.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude to assist in different areas as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities

  • Daily Inventory Management: Update inventory reports for all warehouses and fulfillment centers.
  • Invoice & Purchase Orders: Create invoices and purchase orders as needed .
  • Warehouse Support: Assist in managing the Isklad warehouse by resolving order errors and communicating with customers when necessary.
  • Customer Support Assistance: Provide support during high ticket volumes or when one of the agents is unavailable.

Additional Responsibilities (Based on Fit & Increased Hours)

  • Stock Transfers: Coordinate the shipment of goods between warehouses when inventory is running low.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments from suppliers and ensure timely updates.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Inform warehouses about incoming stock to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Delivery Time Updates: Adjust delivery times on the website and add delay notices when necessary.
  • Supply Chain Assistance: Support various supply chain tasks during your supervisor’s absence, including communication with warehouses, suppliers, and customs agents, under your supervisor’s guidance.
