Our warranty service
The only condition for our warranty service is that you return the product within 1 year of placing the order.
How to get a refund
1.You will send an email to email@example.com to request the refund.
Include your order number, the e-mail that was used to place the order or the name of the buyer so we can locate your Order in our Database.
We would be very glad if you explain why you are not satisfied with the product, but this is not mandatory.
2.We will send you an email with the address to which you can return the product.

The purchase price and the shipping price paid by the customer are refunded.
The customer will pay the cost of mailing the product back to our warehouse in London unless the product is faulty. In this case we will cover all costs, however a photo must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
