Return Policy

Since November 01, 2018, Miaustore has been offering its customers a 1-year acceptance guarantee. If the fountain is not accepted by the cat or if one of the promises made by Miaustore is not fulfilled (easy cleaning, high quality, easy refilling, safety, etc.), the buyer can return the fountain within the 1-year period and receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the fountain. The fountain must be in an intact condition to claim the 1-year warranty.

Please refrain from returning products other than the cat fountain. If you return more products, we cannot take them into account and you may have to pay the full return costs if you wish to have your products returned. We ask for your understanding that we cannot refund personalized products such as engraving.

All non-fountain products can be returned within 14 days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please contact us before returning the goods.
